Nightclubs

Postby beccabeep2011 » 24 Jul 2011 19:42

Hello,
I'm kinda new to this so I'm sorry if this question has already come up and being repeated, but I was wondering if you can tell me what the nightclubs in Icmeler are like, I know there's two but don't know prices inside as when we went this year we didn't go to them and thinking about going to them on our visit next year.
Thank You :)

Also if anyone knows what the age limit is, my 18 year old fancies going for a dance one night and to try the foam party, she wants to know if she can take her 15 year old sister for company otherwise Dad will have to go along.

Hi ,
our daughter went to both clubs though she prefered eastenders club out of the two. she's 18 but not sure on age limits?

I know the prices are 10 lira in and 10 lira per drink so at our exchange rate not bad really.

Other than that im not sure and maybe dad is just looking for an excuse to go

Ohhh Dave would you?
Cramping your daughters style like that
You just want her to see your moves on the dancefloor

Joking aside I would do the same.

I think I'm past the nightclub age and if I did go I would clear the floor doing the daddy dance.

Hi
We've never paid to get in to either of the nightclubs in Icmeler, is that a new thing this year? I suppose it depends what you are drinking but what I can remember is that a bottle of Efes was not much more than in the bars.
Also when we were there we seen a few 15/16 years olds so they will be fine.

Sorry to disagree but whenever I have been the drinks are substantially more at the nightclubs than the bars and although you dont pay to go in you cannot get away with not getting a drink as you are pounced on for your order as soon as you enter. Worth it though but be prepared to pay more for drinks. Also be prepared for thick smoke at times as it is all enclosed and smoking still allowed even though banned.

Hi Chocoholic
I think we paid about 5 or 6 lira last year for an Efes so wasn't too bad for a club, I suppose if you are drinking spirits it may be a lot more. Then again it was the smaller bottles!! This was in Eastenders so can't comment on Pleasure as we didn't go in there last year. Then again the prices have probably gone up since then. I agree with the smoky atmosphere though.

Hi there Dave!

Yeah, there's just the two - it's not a strict age limit there though, if I am being completely honest - I've seen many occassions when there's 10 year olds in (Usually accompanied by an adult) But I know I wouldn't want my father cramping my style at that age! Haha, I'm sure they'll be fine!

Having been into what was formerly pleasure a few weeks ago the price of a small bottle of efes was 6lr but they did have special cocktail which was mojito that night and was 8lr. No charge to get it and it was packed.
15 will be no problem as they dont appear to have a lower or upper age limit so Dave you go for it.

Hi Becca
They have a different special each night so it is only that 1 which is cheaper otherwise about 12-15 lr I think. Just happened to be mojito's that night.
No matter which 1 you go in you will have a good boogie.

I must say I would have agreed last year, but since the former Pleasure has been changed to Ambiance it has really improved, the crowd here is packed everynight from 12PM onwards, and it's guarenteed to impress! Plus a whole lot of new staff! Deffinately worth looking into, I went in one night to find my Mother and Father in there! Talk about embarrassing! Especially when they started waving "Someone shoot me now" was all I could think!

We've been to both and would say eastenders is the best out of the 2, alot more of a friendly atmosphere and dont pay to get in. prices are 12tl for cocktails, so about the same as everywhere else. eastenders also do special nights like neon and tequila night, so all round its a good night out :)
