Postby Chay K » 25 May 2010 17:31

I am going back to Icmeler for the first time in 3 years,i have been reading there have been many changes to the resort especially since last season and am a little worried that it may have lost some of it's character as a result of this.
Am i worrying unecessarily???

I think you are worrying unneccesarily. I believe the changes which have been made are probably changes for the better - those who have recently returned haven't noticed any massive change for the worse, and in fact, some improvements have been carried out. I'm really looking forward to seeing the changes and I think it will all be to the good of Icmeler for the long term.

Yeah I agree with Blondie the only changes you will probably notice is a few new places popping up and staff changes. Icmeler certainly hasn't lost it's charm.

Enjoy your hols!! 8)

Thanks for the replies,my family and i are really looking forward to returning and meeting old friends again.I hear prices of food and drink have risen a bit,but some of the prices quoted on other threads still seem good value for money.
You can't put a price on friendly people, good weather and 2 weeks of relaxing in the best resrot in Turkey.
