The first time I flew to Turkey I was panicking about the flight and the
transfer as I am a nervous passenger, especially on a big coach on tiny mountain roads, but it was actually fine. My remedy was to fly at night and that day having put in a 13 hour day behind my desk and been up at 5am, that meant I slept through pretty much the entire journey, and it was something that my eyes won the argument with my nerves over!
The second time I flew and transferred it was like coming home so please try not to worry too much, you will be fine. Good luck with any remedies you are given on here, everyone is so helpful and friendly.
