Ask any of the lads that you are friendly with in the bars. If they have a dvd they will put them on to test for you. Beware when the sellers test them they know exactly were to stop them. We got ours from the shop by the jewellers around the corner from the Kitchen as well as the canal. We got quite a lot in Hisaronu a few weeks ago and the quality has improved so much. Hope its the same in Icmeler, would imagine it will be.
The only thing is my husband can't stop buying them :x Don't mind a few but he goes mad.

It's not just in Turkey this happens. It's the same from the bloke in your local pub. Only thing there is you can take them back.

We have always taken them back in Turkey and never had a problem. We always say when we buy them can we bring them back if they are faulty. Does not work with sellers coming into bars of course.

We were amazed that this isn't always true of the sellers coming into your hotel/apart bar.
One chap had bought some DVDs from the seller in 2004...got home and a couple of them didn't work. He only brought them back to Turkey and managed to change them with 2005's seller...and didn't buy any from him.

Not often am I stuck for words, but this did the trick - I felt so sorry for
the seller and couldn't believe the chap remembered to pack them!!!!
