Club Sun Village

Postby mrsb09 » 12 Mar 2010 12:40

Hello there,
we are goint to club sun village on the 4th October, we have not been to Icmeler before, usually we stay in marmaris.

I wondered what the area was like, is there a supermarket nearby, any resturant recomendations, is it near the beach (for my two year old!) just general info really - would love to hear from anyone that has stayed there.

Thanks very much!!

Hi mrsb and welcome to the forum - there have been a few threads on here before about Club Sun Village, so here's one which might help you;

I've not stayed there myself, but I'm sure there will be someone along in a while who will be able to answer any questions you may have.

We stayed here in September 2008 and had a lovely time. Apartments are very clean and pool is excellent with plenty of sunbeds and the staff like most places in Icmeler are very welcoming and can't do enough for you. The walk to the beach will prob. take between 20/30 mins depending how quick you walk. There are plenty of lovely resturants around club sun village Ozzys beginning one of them. Club Sun Village also do lovely food and very reasonably priced in their resturant and most nights it was extremly busy. When we were there they did a great turkish night if you like that type of night.
You will have a great holiday

Hi, stayed at Club Sun Village in june 2009(are 1st time in icmeler) and the place is great.There is a supermarket a stones throw from the apartments.The apartments are nice, the staff great,the food good. Lots of good resteraunts nearby. I think the apartments are classed as being in the old village which we preffered to the main resort that is about 10 min walk away.One of the best places to eat nearby was Ozzies but they are all good.We are going back to CSV in June 2010 which is the 1st time we have ever we have gone back to the same apartments as we like to keep trying different places so that shows how good we thought the apartments and icmeler were.

I am locking this topic as even though you are all singing the praises of the csv please put them in the proper place in the review section at the bottom of the csv page on here
