If you are already signed up for a newsletter, please check you Junk Mail carefully since it may have dropped in there.

If still no luck, please use a secondary email address to sign up again and lets take it from there.

Thanks
Rami

Whats Happened this year in Resort

May saw the arrival of our first guests and it was great to welcome back old faces as well as new.
It was a delight to watch Icmeler come back to life after her winter hibernation and see the arrival of familiar bar, restaurant and hotel workers.
We saw some major renovation to a couple of buildings and just a bit of spit and polish was needed on others, but within days Icmeler was transformed again into our beautiful town, sporting newly decorated buildings, shiny accessories and pretty lights. The buzz was soon spread and life was reborn again.

In June our one and only Rami, married Irem and all of us welcomed her into the ICR family and your thoughts and best wishes were appreciated warmly by them.

Many of you attended the Forum get togethers throughout the year, and we hope that you all enjoyed the opportunity to meet someone from ICR or fellow forum members

This year we also introduced the ICR T shirts which were available to purchase in the resort, many of you have already been in and collected your t shirts, but don’t forget to send in your photos for the ICR competition, which will be voted on at the end of the year and the winner is to receive accommodation for a family of 4 for 2010.

Through the season here at ICR we have organised some exclusive trips, boat trips and jeep safaris being the most popular.

BOAT TRIP

For just £15 all inclusive, we had many customers join us on our boat trips, and I think I can safely say that a great time was had by all! Sunbeds were available for those that wanted them and we had plenty of room on the boat. Delicious lunch was provided by Yelis of chicken, pasta, salads and bread. Doran our captain done us proud -as always- and we wanted for absolutely nothing. We done our usual stop off at Turunc, where I think the locals are getting used to our antics and joined in with the fun of the day.

JEEP SAFARI

We took a crew of 40-odd on a jeep safari on a beautiful sunny Sunday.
All dressed in ICR t shirts with ICR flags adorning the jeeps; we set off for one of the wettest, dirtiest, fun days I have ever experienced. Ages ranged from 10 to 75 and old and young mixed together and enjoyed every aspect of the day.
Bayir village was as pretty as ever and the most sales done at the little cafe was the Viagra honey! Selale (the waterfalls), was enjoyable, and the cooling waters were more than welcome in the heat of the day. From here we headed off to our lunch stop, we all tucked in ravenously as the small war that had broken out between ICR members v The rest of the safari had gives us quite an appetite.
Here again, our tour supplier, Mustafa, was happy to sort out everyone’s menu accordingly, and for those whose palettes weren’t tickled by what we were offered, Mustafa arranged alternatives. Our lunch options were chicken, fish, meatballs or omelette served with various salads and fresh warm bread.
Onwards and upwards..... Jesus beach was very busy when we arrived so our drivers took us to the next bay, it was fabulous, super little restaurant and the waters were inviting. After this it was photo opportunities and we caught the whole troop on camera. After blue fish, white monkeys, and some serious off roading, we wound our way back to Icmeler arriving later than normal as we were having such a blast, no one wanted to go home!
Goodbyes were said to our opposition, and, as they had entered into the spirit of things so gallantly, ended up being comrades!

DOLPHINS

Our new excursion this year turned out to be extremely popular and, we hope continues in 2010. All ICR customers that partook in this new venture with us, enjoyed their visit and many came to the office afterwards to relay their experiences to us.
Although this continues to be a very busy therapy centre first and foremost, we look forward to working with them again next year and providing you all with this unique opportunity to interact with dolphins.

For a look at all the excursions that we offer just click on the link below

As the end of season approaches, the days are cooler, the nights are longer, the sun isn’t quite so high in the sky and Icmeler prepares to settle down for another lonely winter, she looks back over her shoulder at summer 2009 and thinks to herself ‘ Yep, it was a good one ! All of us at ICR hope to continue to provide you with the services you have come to expect from us for many years to come and look forward to welcoming you all back home to the Icmeler magic again next year.

From all of the team at ICR , we hope you have a great winter and we will see you all again soon.
