Thinking of staying at the Efes Inn in 2010 is the hotel OK and are the rooms clean and modern?

Stayed at the Efes 4 times.. it's a lovely hotel.. right on the beach and close for everything else in icmeler.. If your going with T*******k your air con is in with the price, well it was in august,, if your going direct it £70 for the fortnight.. breakfast is Turkish which i like.. if i wanted weetabix and a full English.. I'd go to Blackpool for my holidays.. Anyway food at the hotel is ok same limited but ok.. rooms are clean with plenty of room.. cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels.. the staff are very nice.and not to much in your face..but can spit the dummy out if you don't use the restaurant much.. over all they have done some work on the hotel, but still need a little more doing to it.. IE new sunbeds. curtains and stop charging for the beach and internet and pool table.. which other hotels give you for free.. but would still go back

We went with Icmeler Online in Sept and booked with them again for May 2010, lovely hotel and nice staff, very clean, it was our 3nd visit to the Efes, would not go to any other hotel now. the only problem going with ICR is admin (John Toohey) is for ever taking photos and putting them on the forum, only joking John, the best part is you get to meet the staff of ICR in Icmeler, they are a great bunch of people, very friendly but don't feed them lol, looking forward to seeing them all again in May next year.

My wife and I have stayed at the Efes inn for two years, and would not bother going back anywhere else in Icmeler.

The staff are spot on, the rooms are very well proportioned and now they have the Aircon it is perfect.

The food in the restaurant is very reasonably priced, so much so, that last year we probably spent 7/8 of our 14 nights in there having some good banter with the guys, eating very good food. I don't know of many other places that you can get a 5 course meal for 2, about 8/9 pints, and a whole ton of fruit cocktails for less than 30 quid.

Breakfast is your typical turkish fare, cr4ppy eggs, bread and cheese, and naff cereal. But there is always plenty of coffee and orange juice, and if you need more hangover cure than that, then Jimmy's Okimo is just outside the front door, and his full english is brill.

Just counting down the days 'till we go back next year, but this time we will be taking out 1 year old terror with us. Good times (Hopefully...)

I have read many reports and comments about this hotel and although I have never stayed there myself feel I could confidently recommend to people.

We stayed at Efes for 2 wks in September and it was really nice, would def go back. As stated staff were really nice, waiters and maids worked long hours but were really cheery and helpful at all times. Food was very nice, breakfast turkish but fine if you like that sort of thing, coffee was particularly good. We stayed on 5th floor which is newest floor of hotel, this was lovely, modern and fantastic sea and pool view from room 508!
