Hi eddie they done the same this time last year 1 lira a pint :D
we stayed in Marmaris last year but spent most our time in Icmeler, the Venice was heaving at nights when most places empty or very few customers.
Wish I was going this Oct. :(

Robin Hood Bar in the Old Village also had large bottles Efes at 2 lira-not as cheap as 1 lira I know but still not bad at around 90p a bottle.
We also had the added fun of betting which one of 3 wasps would find its way out of the window first- I won, I kept betting on the one with the yellow and black shirt on :)

For the majority of Icmelerites it is how much they will be charging for the Efes in 2010 as alas our holidays for this year are behind us and we are on countdown to the next time.
