Don`t get me wrong but, I think that because there are limited people and flight companies prepared to depart from Scotland, compared to England so the flights are dearer, for example in the centre of Manchester petrol & diesel is cheaper than the outscirts due to there being more petrol stations or or supermarkets with stations attached.
