Rugby season

Hi All

I go to Icmeler on 21st September and can't wait as it's our first time to Turkey and think we've picked best place to start, but wandered which bars, if any, will have live rugby on big screen? Some bars over here wont show it if football on and dont want to miss my Tigers!!!

The Turkish lads like their football and as this will be a busy time period for Euro Cup - Premiership - Turkish League it will be differcult to find English Rugby on the TV screens.

Hi. I wouldn't worry the rugby is usually on at different times to footy and you will always find a bar with it on cos they all show it via the tinternet they don't pay sky subscription come on your in turkey now have a great time

do you mean the Castleford Tigers Billyjo , I suspect not ,you will be over there for the Rugby League play offs you may get converted ha ha

you signed a winger of ours Gareth Raynor a few years ago - union didnt work for him - came back to league and is still astar - sure we ll both find a rugby playing bar .

i am a rugby fanatic and in all the times i have been to Icmeler i have never missed a game .The sports bar under the Devamli are always ready to help out with a match i believe they have more than one satellite receiver and there are many more bars that will show rugby including Vinces

Billyjoe we wont mention the Hipkiss blood incident in cup semi last year oops i have ,seriously though lots of bars will show games watched 3 lions matches when we were there earlier this year and a tri nations on second visit

Fraid so Sirkyboy and I should be old enough to know better , but theres no way back after climbing over the Gordon Street fence 40 years ago and getting hooked ! Got my shirts packed for the hols and try to convert the natives .

Its our annual lads weekend for the Challenge Cup final - be yorkshire and Huddersfield for the day - back Monday unpack - repack for our first visit to Icmeler on the 7th . Excellent 4 weeks coming up ! cmon u ullrrr
