taking sandwiches

Can anyone tell me if you can bring food in you suit cases as our flight gets in at about 2020 by the time we get to the hotel it will be near midnight and I will have 3 starving men with me and thought I would put some sannies in my suitcases for eating when we get to the hotel as I would think none of the resturant will serve food that time

You could if you wanted to but I wouldn't like to think what state they will be in after your case has been thrown around by baggage handlers. There are a few Kebab places in the centre that are open 24 hours where you can pick up a kebab or a burger.
