my daughter took her boyfreind to mamaris for his birthday she went saturday come home this evening while they were away they got broken in we had to ring them becase it was her car as well she was upst then the manager of the
hotel spoke to me said dont worrry about them they will be fine she said they were talking to him just as i rang after he told them to go and rest he sent up sandwhiches fruit cakes and bottles of water and beer how sweet then later rang them and told them to ready for 9 he took them to the marine were they went on a large boat it was all candles everywere he had set a table for two with wine came out with the meal for them he was going to leave them but they made him stay they said it was lovely after a few hours they all came back and sat around the bar when they went to bed he had sent flowers to the room she rang this morning telling me about all this sounded better sad thing is its his birthday today they are home at 8 but we are all taking then out for more drinks how kind are these people that go out of their way to do things like this he even wanted to take them the airport he told her to ring him tommorow to find out how they are they were really touched and from a worried mum i will go and see him in september to thank him myself thats the turkish people for you

i cant belive he did all that for them when they were leaving jen said he came with a bag each for them with packed lunch she is going to sent a card to him they are so lovely

Sorry to read the first part of this about the troubles back home but the rest is lovely a friendship for life has been made and that nightime will remain in thier memoeries for ever.

NOt so good news about the break in and I hope all works out when they get home. As always though the turkish shine through with their help, generousity and kindness.

Yes, so sad to hear the news of the break in, but as they say 'every cloud has a silver lining'. All credit to that guy, but that's the mentality of most of the Turkish people. Hope it didn't upset their holiday too much.

eric you hold your breath when i start writing cheeky just been to pick them up they seem fine will feel better when they ring their insurance people up they were laughing about their holiday they said he them just before they were boarding shes ringing him in a few days
