Icmeler At Christmas

Hi guys haven't posted in a while, hope all you icmelerians are ok

Was just thinking about stayin in icmeler over christmas, and wondered if anyone knows what its like?

Hi, we've spent Christmas in icmeler in 2006 and 2007 and last year we were there over New Year. It is VERY quiet. There are one or two bars open - Three(4) Bells, Florida. The Lemon Tree was open one year. also Majestic and Friends but they were closed last time. I think Bonjour is also open during the winter. I love the place during the winter but I am happy with peace and quiet as much as I enjoy all the noisy tourist entertainment during the summer. It may not be your cup of tea if you like lots of hustle and bustle. We tend to spend more time in marmaris during the winter because it is busier there and there are quite a few restaurants open around the marina. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time on New Year's Eve - celebrated at Florida and Three Bells. Hope this helps you make up your mind.
