smoking ban

i have just been in contact with my mate who runs no name bar and he said there already is a ban but this month it will be put into real affect, but he stated and this is good news for smokers , they are coming down hard on bars only not cafes or hookah bars and only in istanbul, and then some resorts but as usual the turks will take back handers off the bar owners plus they will be going into resorts but only bodrum and hisaranou sorry about the spelling
