We spend loads of time in Havanna with ZaZa and his bar is practically joined to the Alinda. One thing we noticed was that on an evening people were lying on the sun beds with their drinks etc because there is no other outside space with tables and chairs where you can have a drink...dont know how much this is true?
The pool is right onto the main road which would put me off though

We are just back a week ago, we stayed in the Alinda we could not fault it at all. It was all fresh painted and new tiles in toilet. Looked like all new bed covers and curtains. the rooms were cleaned every day and towel every second day. Every floor has CCTV on it as well. Food was fresh every day. We used it for breakfast and ate main meal 3 times.
Breakfast was Turkish Main Meal had 2 hot dishes loads of salad and sweet. The thing is you get what you pay for and what we got at the Alina we thought it was good value for the money we have stayed in worse and payed more we would def go back again. OH and you have got mad Zaza next door.

We never used the bar Hubby likes bottle beer and there's was draught in plastic 1/2 pint glasses. Also I only drink cans of coke with my vodka and they were doing local large bottles of coke it was all local spirits But to be honest it could not be that bad because a LOT of people were using it day and night. But we still had a great time and i hope you do to.
