Apologies if this has been covered before (i recall seeing something but I cant find the link) ..... I've been sorting out some things for our pending holiday a week today (Yippee!!!) and I've found some Lira but its millions ..... am i right in thinking its too late to use it?

Neets Im sure they can't be used in Turkey, but not sure if you can change them still over here, i'll have a look for the link for the discussion :D

Just to clarify a point
The YTL came into force on the 1st of January 2005.
There was a transitional period of one year were both currencies were used side by side.
As from 1st January 2006 the old Million notes are no longer used or accepted.
Can you change them in England? sorry cannot help on this one
