New Turkish Lira

I have just been to buy some Lira, and i have noticed it has changed a lot from last year, can anyone tell me if my Lira from last year can still be used, got a good rate 245 from post office.Only one more sleep going tomorrow night.

from reading the others threads I think you can still use it upto the end of the year after that it will be worth nothing

yeah if you use the search button im sure you will be able to find threads on this topic
but in answer to your question
yeah you can use the YTL from last year up until the 31st december 2009
after that they wont be accepted

aw nice 2.52 is a good rate will be happy if we get that in 3 weeks time
