Hi jonjon,

from that report they say that "TC will remain unaffected". Lets bl**dy well hope so. Like you I fly out with them at the end of this month (29th), would be gutted if I couldnt get out.

Fingers crossed

09 Jun 2009 12:18

fingers crossed that TC will remain uneffected as we really dont want anything to happen to them otherwise the travel industry will be in a very sorry state

Yep
as the article indicates there is probably nothing to worry about and just noticed that the Thomas C**k share price is the highest riser today, so i am toally confused :? :?

Probably just something to keep an eye on.

I could not cope without my fix of heaven :) :) :)

Nearly broke my bl***y neck running up stairs to get to the internet after I heard the news  , travelling the 19th so major panic on, dont feel to worried now I have read the statement on TC's web page, but will be keeping a close eye on the news. If there is anyone UP THERE please please dont let another company go bust, I dont think my nerves could take it.

Hope everybody is ok, we were with XL last year and they went bust last day of our holiday, would'nt wish that on anyone. Quick question why does everybody block the letters out when they are typing Thomas cook ie T****s C**k

10 Jun 2009 16:59

We travel with Thomas Cook on the 29 June only hope what it says on their Web Site is true and that anyone travelling with them won't be affected. Guess only time will tell. Feels like a time bomb waiting to go off.

Hi Quaker57

The reason is it is another travel agent and advertising them is not allowed although everyone knows how you are talking about :D
