Can Anyone Help?

Postby MistySunshine » 13 Jun 2009 09:16

Hi,
I am so excited to go back to Icmeler. The last time we went, my daughter was well and we had the most amazing holiday (2006). Unfortunately in 2007 she had a brain tumour removed and has since had another operation and lots of other treatment/appointments  She has brain scans every few months and sees lots of other doctors.
Going back to Turkey will mean we are in a good place as a family. It brings good memories and happier times.
I sooo hope it lives up to its expectations. I think about going every day and my girls are so excited.
SO after a long explanation as to why I am asking can anyone please please please give me any suggestions to make this as good a holiday as possible - such as restaurants, day trips, or generally just helpful hints. Girls will be 18 & 15.
Thanks guys for reading :D :D

hiya
sorry to hear about your daughter it must of been such a difficult time for you all
im sure icmeler will give you some happier times like you said and will be an amazing holiday for you all
restaurants i would recommend is loveboat and wayside
the loveboat is amazing with lovely staff who will really welcome the girls
wayside is the same but quieter than the loveboat
but food in these places is fantastic and even though some people say they are more expensive than some of the other restaurants its worth going just to experience them
when are u going back to icmeler ?
hope this helps
xxxxxx

Sorry to hear your family have had such a difficult time, as you arrive in resort I hope all your troubles disappear for two weeks and you have a fabulous time. You could't be going to a better place for relaxation and to be looked after by the wonderful people of Icmeler. Have a GREAT holiday.

Sorry to hear about your daughter, hope you have a fantastic time over in Icmeler. Me and my girlfriend went Icmeler last year and we recommend Taj Mahal and Mandalin, both gorgeous places to eat. In terms of things to do, a lazy day boat trip is a great way to relax and get away from day to day things. We did one and got to see some beautiful sights. Hope this helps.

MistySunshine, I have not been in your position, but my advice would be to enjoy every minute and lots of photos so you can look back and to the future too and say that was 2009 and this is 2010 :) :) :) :)
