the rate that is on the front page is the interbank rate and will be slightly higher than the rate in resort
about 0.05 of a difference

Got back just hours ago, Best exchange rate in "Wonderful Icmeler" yesterday was 245 and place to get this is the supermarket below ICR office.
Going thro withdrawal symptoms at this moment I miss you all sooo much.
