hi to you all
this is my first time i have posted a message on this forum but have been reading all your messages about how many sleeps people have got to go me and my family go in october[lot of sleeps] what is icmeler like in october

Welcome to the Forum. All that is Icmeler is here as you must know by now. October is quite good, gradually cooling down from it's peak in July August & September. Mainly dry, may get the odd shower or storm but nothing to get concerned about - it soon disappears. The evening's and nights begin to get cooler as the month progresses and you will need some jumpers/cardigans etc. if out till late. The resort gradually begins to close down and become quieter still very nice though.

Hope you enjoy yourselves, we will, as we are there from the 5th to the 26th. May see you in Vince's.

Hiya Dave welcome to the family

I have been every year in October for 11yrs... it is alot quieter than mid season and depending on when in the month you go-the weather can be a bit hit and miss...but generally warm. May get a little chilly of an evening (but nothing a few drinks wont solve )

We went a few years ago, during half term holiday, which was very late in the month that year. We had three glorious days and four cloudy and rain. but the thunderstorms were something to admire. However, we had a brilliant holiday as I'm sure you will.

This August will be our 16th visit and we are counting the days!

Hi Dave, another convert, once bitten etc. We all feel the same about Icmeler having once been, and the crowd off the forum are a good bunch, very friendly and helpful.
We go on 5th to 26th October and are taking a couple of woolies as it does get colder, the rain does start to appear, is usually very heavy, a picture to watch and then goes away again. The bars start to close but you will still have a choice, and as long as Vinces is open who cares
