Avlu 4 apartments

Hi everyone

I have booked these apartments for nx year for myself and my family and was just wondering if anyone had stayed in them and if you could tell me what theyre like??

Could you also give me a rough idea of the location

Hi Tinsle,
So pleased to hear that you have managed to rescue your holiday plans even if it means going next year.

Myself & a girlfriend stayed at Avlu 4 two years ago. We booked them through ICR.

We were really impressed with these apartments.

We had a room on the top floor with a little balcony with table & chairs & both of us could comfortably sit out there.

The room we had was massive for an icmeler appartment. 2 fold out single sofa beds in living/kithcen area & a double bed in bed room and a tidy bath room. There was no feeling over the kitchen/living area being on top of each other.

Our room over looked the pool area which was pleasant.

The people that worked there were really friendly & helpful. Even walking all the way up to the 4th floor to unlock the door 8 one of us in if we came home later than the other in the evening.

As for location there were perfect for us. The are just around the corner from the Alvaro Lemon Tree. from the main high street by the 3(4) bells take the road oposite the 3(4)bells down towards the canal.. Before you get the Alvaro Lemon Tree turn left & there is Avlu 4.

I know its a while off yet, but enjoy your time at Avlu 4 & in Icmeler.

Hello Tinsel,
We and our friends are staying at the Avlu 4 in July this year. This will be our third time. You will not be disappointed. They are tucked back behind the canal passed the Florida bar, Geordie bar and Lemon Tree in a residential location.
The the 1 bedroom apartments are spacious and from what we saw so are the studios.
The staff under the owner Tumar, are lovely and very helpfull. Pool is quite small,but we go to the beach 5 mins away. Alittle bar which last year Jimmy, serves you. Because of the residential location it is very quiet at night. If I have a critisicm, the shower needs a little renovation,but it was not a major problem.
