Name of Restaurant?

Postby tunnis » 27 May 2009 07:57

Does anyone know the name of a restaurant and if it is still in business

my daughter had her wedding photos taken there in 2003 - would like to go back and have my grandson photos in the same setting

We drove through the old village and up into the mountains and the restaurant was lots of separate little gazebos with streams and bridges connecting them - ducks wandering around and a little animal farm also an open air stage - had the place almost to ourselves -

Donna
Turkish House doesn't ring any bells

We drove for about 20 minutes into the mountains
This place was massive in enclosed gardens and a huge open air stage - there was horses to be hired outside

There is a simialar place on the outskirts of Marmaris don't know the name of that one either

You mean Asparan, they have an ostrich and a park. Very nice it is too. Very very popular with the locals and its packed on weekends.

The one through Marmaris is Cinar although I have heard that this has gone downhill.

This place looks lovely, think we might try and give it a visit when we are over in a few weeks time.

It really is a beautiful setting, I recommend it, it is worth the short drive
We used to go up for breakfast - had the place almost to ourselves

We would like to visit Asparan, could anybody give directions? We will be hiring a car for a few days, but if not, what would be the cost of a taxi or do they have transport?
