How do my parents get from Olu Deniz to Icemeler?

Hiya, were going to Icemeler on 23rd June and my parents will be in Olu Deniz. Were planning on meeting up in Icemeler so if anyone has any idea how then I would be most grateful. They arent hiring a car so it will have to be either taxi (approx cost please) or public transport (again approx cost)
