It may be a case of passing the buck going on here. But I spoke to my agent during the week and they said it was outwith their control as it was the airline who changed the flight times

Thanks Admin
For confirming my thoughts, on Onur not controlling their times. they seem to be getting a bit of stick, on and off.
Dotty sorry about your flight problems, and indeed the others also with this problem. It seems to be happening more and more.
It happened to us last year, and after kicking off about it, we got our flight back. I am not saying all these incidents are the same, they obviously are not. But it makes you wonder !!
Our full story and other members input is in a previous topic I posted in Sept last year. If you want to look, its headed "Onur 380/379", which you can find via the search facility above.
Hope every thing is ok for you.
Regards
Peli

Lianne the number you have posted is your booking reference number.

You were mailed by me on the 20th March 2009 with the new flight times and also the flight numbers and you replied to me saying that you accept the flight change

What compensation are you entitled to if your flight is delayed more than 12hrs?

Thanks for that Dotty. I've just sent a "nippy" email to aegean so will see what they say! Im really annoyed as we booked it last June because it was a morning flight as we have kids and my mum who is 76years young and as we all know the night flights are a nightmare!
