Ozlem 1 Apartments - Latest Info

Postby madnesstiger » 09 Apr 2009 13:44

Hi All...

It's that time of year again when me and the GF dust off our suitcases and head back to Icmeler.

This time we are booked in at the Ozlem1 Apartments. Although I have a good idea as to where they are located, I just wondered if anyone else has any additional info on these. We booked these ones purposely as they are one of the top-rated apartments according to tripadvisor's website.

As my sig says, it'll be our 4th time, so we are quite familiar with locations etc.

Cheers.

If you stand on the road looking at Tansas, take the road to the right of tansas, pass the wayside, and it is about a ten minute walk up there, just by the School.

Not 100% accuracy here, but its around there. I am going there on June 1st. How long are you there for and when are you going?

Hi.

Thanks for the quick reply and the info!

We go on the 24th April (about 2 weeks time) for a fortnight, so will just miss you by a few weeks.

It sounds like they are where I thought they were, up near the market. Which isn't a bad thing at all. In fact, it should be nice and quiet overnight and a good distance to walk off my evening meals etc in the town.

Reading the reviews at tripadvisor, it sounds like they are now under English management and the apartments are well-sized and very clean, and as a bonus, the homemade cooking is said to be very yummy! However, there's always 1 or 2 bad reviews which knock it down a peg or two... I'm quite optimistic that these are to be ignored, and that the plethora of positive reviews are more of a realistic description.

Still, it's booked now, and is just a matter of counting down the days til we get there!

:D
