threebells webcam

does anybody out there view the threebells webcam.ive just ad a new computer and can no longer view it.ive downloaded activex as it says but still cant view .if you can get on can you plz check any relevent settings and let me have them.a window from internet explorer pops up and switches me off.any help is welcome

The webcam is switched off because the bar is closed.
Comes back on in May.

Just realised you may have ment the 3(4) Bells on the top road and that is on all the year round.
