navy hotel

Postby jivebunnie0 » 28 Jan 2009 22:26

hi lynnjenny

we met some people on holiday last year and both couples were staying at the navy. One couple were right at the top in an attic type room and the guy kept banging his head on the ceiling. However the other couple were in a different part of the hotel and they love it. We met them there on a couple of evenings and there is a lovely little bar right next to the hotel where you sit in the garden.... very chilled....Ok for older people, but then the hotel is near enough to the music bars for the youngsters too. :)

Have you booked for this year, after your disappointment last year? We go back in September.

Navy Hotel

Postby TC » 29 Jan 2009 12:14

Hi there

In reply to your football top query, the markets are ok for them but there is a sports shop when you go out the front door of the Navy and turn right and then first left that do a good range of tops and are better quality.

The Three Sister's shop on the main road on the main road that the Dolmus travels (towards the large supermarket) is good for tops as well and the girls are really helpful.

Hi

We have been going to the Navy for years now and find it a very nice hotel. The rooms are fine. Staff are friendly and the bar in the garden is nice to chill out in late afternoon and late evening.
