can anyone reccomend a good Turkish bath near to Icmeler

Postby lincolnguy » 20 May 2006 22:39

Hi all, I am about to go to Icmeler for the first time (I am a Turkey virgin). I am keen to try the baths and get a good cleansing!! can anyone tell me the best one near to, or in Icmeler? I am going to be staying in the Moonlight appartments.

Thanks :D

hiya lincoln guy.....there are loads of places in icmeler and marmaris that are brilliant i know of 1 turkish bath that is in icmeler and is fairly central to the town.....as its your first time going to icmeler im not sure if my directions would help you very well....im sure if you ask the tour company that you are going with they will help you find the perfect one...i know they do trips to some in icmeler that arent that expensive, there are alos alot of companys in icmeler dotted around the place that do good deals.....if you are into that sort of thing then you might also enjoy the turkish mud baths at the dalyan.... it is a day trip that takes you there and to turtle beach it is a very good day and very enjoyable ....this again isnt to expensive and a good trip out!
hope this helps :?

We sell the Turkish baths underneath the Mersoy Exclusive hotel and if you contact us at [email protected] then you can book online.

Natasha, thanks for your reply and helpful info. I will ask around as soon as I arrive as I want to have one straight away so I can relax for the rest of my stay (and I dont want to have one just before I leave and have my tan rubbed off!!).

The day trip sounds good, I will check that out. I would welcome any more reccomdations ie, places to eat, and go to if you have any favs

Thanks
LGxx

no problem.........as for places to eat i would recommened the lighthouse.... which is exactly in the entre of icmeler oppostie the cash machines...im sure you will find them as they are hard not 2 miss. i would also recommend the waterfall which is on the main road as you go towards the beach and the dolmus stands.
im sorry if my directions dont help you very well but im sure you will find it very easily.......for entertainment i would recommend Most of the Bars on the canal i.e venice, dreamboys, korsan dance bar....if your into the karaoke i would say try deniz kapisi as it is best for that this bar is also on the beach front near the dolmus stand!!
im sure you will find your own little palces that are to your own taste...... icmeler is small but has alot of enterainment and nice places to eat.......once you have been there a few days and got to know the place you will have no trouble in finding where places are!
i wish your holiday to be as fab as ever and hope that you will like it enough to go back again.......this is what happened to my family 8 years ago and we go back 2wice a year every year!!!! :)
hope this info helps
