I noticed in one of Gene's pics of Vinces restaurant there's a sign saying hot chocolate so would imagine they do

our daughter is a chocoholic and you can definetly get hot choc in icmeler jacqui

All the bars sell Hot Chocolate, around 4ytl. Most places also do Cappuccino too.

Or bring your own sachets with you
