Exactly John, we work all year for our holidays so we don't give a fig what we spend.
And to those who say you can't do Icmeler on a budget...........Rubbish. There are plenty of places where you can eat and drink at a reasonable price, of course, if you're one of the "T bone and cocktail" brigade, then you're going to spend more, but in Turkey, as anywhere else in the world,
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Short and sweet Zog.

"You get what you pay for"

Very true and to the point!!

of course, prices in Icmeler we found had gone up a little this year (only to be expected), but the real stinger I think is the exchange rate which seems to have steadily fallen since the start of the season

some places haven't put their prices up this year though - but their portion sizes were slightly smaller, and this was great as there's still plenty - you just don't leave QUITE as much

we'll still be going to Icmeler next year - even if we have to live off kebabs and water!!
