Hi Louise
If when you contact your travel agent just make a reference to someone you know who as been there and had to go to ABTA they may see sence and just do a swop.

I think the Elif is alovely hotel, I know people used to have problems with the staff but according to Admin it has all changed. The hotel itself is really nice and the location is spot on. I dont think you should change! :D

I have been staying at Elif for last 6 years and have seen a few changes but nothing drastic I stayed last June but had to stay elsewhere in Sept last year as my daughter came with us and we needed an apartment but I am going back to Elif on 13 June this year

Hiya everyone, just got back from Icmeler this morning and the Elif hotel was filled with a lovely bunch of friendly staff, no hassel at all. The owners of the hotel now own the bar, great friendly staff x

my daughter and boyfreind are going to the elif on the 22nd august, hope its ok, there seems to be some mixed feelings about the place, we went to the efendi 2 weeks ago, the reveiws on that were mixed, we had a fab time, the staff were lovely, rooms were cleaned every day, so dont listen to what other people say, try it yourselves, at the end of the day you only sleep there.
