Idiots on the forum

I was going to call the topic children on the forum but that would have been an insult to children.

I banned one member the other night for being an idiot but amazingly when we met face to face in the resort the other week he was a gentleman.

After looking after forums for a long time now I do realise that people change when they are behind a computer screen and so come to expect this from most people but after our chat not this person.

Anyway the person in question joined again today under an alias as if we wouldnt know and is now banned again under that name.

You may have all have noticed that the forum has been free from stupid idiotic inane one liners the past few days.

Long may it be this way.

Thanks for sorting this out admin.
I was becoming quite bored with the forum over the last couple of weeks as it seemed to be becoming a clique and people were talking amongst themselves,
I kept trying to think up new topics to get back to what the forum was supposed to be but ran out of ideas
I agree with Jozzyd about risque comments, a lot of innuendos

well done admin totally agree with your decision. There might be one or two more who might need to think before they post as this year the standard has dropped a little bit.If you are in Icmeler next week hope to meet with you all.

I think I know who you're talking about, seemed a bit of fun at first, and maybe would be upset at offending anybody, however, I too felt it was OTT, and inappropriate. We all like a laugh but there are limits. It got very boring.

I met the the guy in question and found him to be very inteligent and up for a laugh & am sure he has never ment to offend anyone. as for boring far from it, it was general banter about the icr party at vinces and you had to be there to understand the banter, and you have always got the option of not reading his threads. I will probably get barred from this site for having the ordasity of disagreeing with admin but i feal that said person has had some unfair critasisum from admin and been denied the right to defend himself by being baned from the site.

This is a forum for discussion on Icmeler and for the members and definitely not for talking about the size of someones equipment.

A joke is a joke but after many many warnings there was no let up.

Colette has had too many people mailing her complaining and was getting very tiresome.

I do not have to explain myself but I will and please read my first post about being a gentleman.

Ok Admin i understand the need to keep it clean and am not privy to Colettet's pm's so did not know that feeling were running so high and my apoliges for comenting without knowing the full facts.
