All I know is that the Private Hotel is right in the centre of all the action. Its just off the canal and beside a couple of busy restaurants.

It did look nice though when we looking at it before booking to go elsewhere!

Can't help about Private Hotel but I would recommend the Jeep Safari The lazy day cruise (ICR full day boat trip)Talk of the Town which are all in the excursions column at the top of ICR homepage.

Hi, Bee, I've stayed at the Private 3 times it's a lovley hotel, very clean, and food is fine too, staff are great and the pool area is marvellous, sun all day, the pool is deep, but does have a very small section for toddlers. We don't have young children so thats fine for us. It's avery relaxing atmosphere

The hotel is very central, 2 mins to beach and canal area. The Jasmin across the road has been taken over by the original owners and is an oasis in the middle of a couple of fun bars, the food is wonderful and reasonable prices. It has a traditional turkish charm, since it's been taken over again. Great for a quiet drink too. Before the fun bars get going  Music goes very quiet at midnight and doesn't get loud till 9.30 to 10pm so it's fine for meal and drink before and for a nightcap too.

I'm back there in July too. Oh and Ive already booked for September there aswell. It's ideal for me. Hope this helps.
