I cant give you specifics on the hotel only to say its central,on the corner of the street is the Oasis bar,Across from the Miray is a nice Turkish soup kitchen,a supermarket is across the road and round the corner from the supermarket is the Famous Kitchen a first class place for food.
The canal is two minutes away were you can find,
The Dreamboys
Majestic
Venice
Korsan
Have a great holiday

Miray Hotel

Postby Jordan » 05 Apr 2006 14:59

We have stayed at the Miray twice and would reccomend it to anyone. The rooms have been refurbished and are exceptionally clean. They are cleaned to a high standard every day. There is a television in every room you can watch some english programs if you have time we didnt but it was good for the news etc. There is also a fridge in the room handy for those hangovers in the morning. The bar below Blondies was owned by an english lady Gail and two turkish partners but I did hear they will not be running it this year. The bar has a lively atmosphere at night and the staff were all very nice as they are in most bars but nothing was too much trouble.Whenever our friends go to icmeler they stay in the Miray and have a really good time.If possible ask for a room with a balcony looking at the pool as it can be noisy on the front. Also they do have rooms that have no balcony.Hope this helps and hope you have a great holiday. :D :D :D :D
