I've just read an article in the Sunday magazine about belly dancing being a very good form of excersise for both young and old. It's supposed to tone up your body brilliantly and you enjoy it at the same time.

I wondered if anybody had been to a class and is it difficult for us westerners to do.
I have danced in
Marmaris with some Turkish ladies and they applauded me but I think they were being kind to me!
Any feedback would be appreciated
