I can also vouch for the family who now run the Eda. We stayed at the Esenkoy in October and they were great - couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! Really nice people - we'd be more than happy to stay at any place run by them, but we're going self-catering this year as we're taking my daughter's friend with us and reckoned that would be more flexible for two 17-year-olds!

The Eda hotel

Postby duffaire » 14 May 2008 15:14

Just been there.
The Bellevue is no longer The Eda has been completely refurbished and is 10 times better than it was. Even the 4th floor is now great each room has sliding doors to a small balcony. no smelly carpets now all rooms are tiled and the bathrooms all have new suites and the toilet is at the side so the door does not hit it. The people now running it are Engin Ali and Hacer. the bar is now further back so there is more room by the pool. The area where you eat outside is now fully covered. We spent about 4 hours there this morning and had a good chat to owners and vistors.
I am sure you can book this hotel through ICR as it is on their web site.
