Iguana Apartments - a few questions

Postby Beau » 27 Apr 2008 14:01

Hi,

We're staying in the Igunana Apatments in June and just wanted to ask a few questions before we go.

We know that there are washing machines in the apartments but wondering how much the cost to use.

Are there facilities/area to dry the washing. Is there an iron or should I bring my travel iron.

I'm only asking as we're hoping to pack 1 weeks worth of clothes and wash and wear them again the second week, leaving us plenty of room in our cases for all the bargains we hope to get

Are there hairdryers in both en suite bathrooms or do we need to pack our own.

Is the aircon in both bedrooms.

Is the pool area nice and more importantly can you get a lounger round the pool easily or does it get packed.

Are there safety deposit boxes in the apartments.

That'll do for now, sure I'll think of more before we go

Thanks.

Hi Beau,
Left this for a while as I thought someone else may give you the answeres

Dont know the cost of the washing machine hire.
Your able to dry clothes on the balcony.
You have use on request of an iron and ironing board.
Hairdryers in both Bathrooms.
Aircon is in both bedrooms.
Pool area is always in the sun and you will have no problem in getting a sunbed.Drinks will be brought to you from the Antik Restaurent.
Safety boxes are in a small room just off reception.

We were going to suprise our guests but I guess it time to spill it out.

Washing macines are no longer at an extra charge and are included in the cost of your stay. Enjoy Iguana by ICR!

No, the washing powder is not included :)

Thats great, tell you what beau how about me bringing round a couple of loads of washing and you putting them through the machine for me.
I could dry them at our place then bring them back and you could do the ironing.

we stayed at iguana last september, brill apartments, plenty of room around the pool, in fact there was 12 of us most days and we had it to ourselves, the lads at the antik bar are ace, my daughter and her boyfriend made good freinds of them. i also think that the pool area was getting a face lift for this year, as the week we left it was all being dismantled. so you should be fine.

mind you, I was going to ask if I could borrow the balcony to dry the clothes while I lounged round the pool - no sense in all that traipsing back and forth, after all I'll be on my hols ha ha
