Ha ha Marjorie - not long joined and into the banter already!!!
Welcome and sorry to hear you can't make it this year. Hope Mr M is on the mend soon

If the length of this thread is anything to go by, you'll be kept very busy. Was going to suggest we have a review thread just for you, but it seems like you've made a head start!!

Where have you stayed and where are your fave places??

Hello Fanny, I am sure you all will keep me up to date this year.We have always stayed at the Efes Inn,do you know it ? Once we stayed at the Mar Bas because I was working at the time and the only time I could have off was a fortnight in Sept when the Efes was fully booked. We still enjoyed our holiday and had no complaints
regards

Apologies, think I read earlier in the thread that you stay at the Efes

We always stay in the old village but have friends who stay at the Efes and LOVE it. Don't think you could beat it for views and location and when we've paid them a visit, the bar lads always make us very welcome

That, Fanny is why we have been going twice a year for 15yrs so if your friends were there in either may or sept we probably will know them

Ha ha Marjorie
that's what we say about where we stay too, if it's not broke why fix it !?!
isn't it great too to keep bumping into people you only know from staying there?
we always catch people who holiday at same time, be it on a night out or a boat trip and so on. that's half the pleasure of going back again and again for us

Marj not behind at all dear.

In fact I have to try to keep at least 3 steps ahead of everyone else one here to make sure the place keeps ticking over nicely.

My remark came about as for some reason I thought jaxangel was a female.

To keep you updated a little, Donna lives next door to Cafe Ann near Vinces and believe me she knows only too well about the cheesecake there.

I am not a big cake eater but I personally prefer the cake at the Karma cafe below Donna's apartment and it also has the best cup of Marks and Spencer tea

JaxAngel, glad I didn't offend you by thinking you were a man.Where do you usually stay in the old town.I use to love getting on the little train and going up to the old town,we never got off it,just went along for the ride and the scenery, then back to the efes beach bar for lunch and an efes beer.Lovely............Cheers
