Help Needed Demircioglu apartments

Can anyone please answer some questions for me on the Demircioglu Apartments.

Firstly, where abouts in Icmeler are they?are they near the centre?
What are the rooms like?
Also what is the pool like, is it quite big and is it in the sun all day long?

There are ten of us. Last year we stayed in the old village and felt to far out.
Any questions answered would be much appriciated.

The Demircioglu apartments are accross the road from Baron restaurant (on the same side across the other canal bit with little or no water), next to cafe Ann and the waterfall restaurant is directly accross the road (sorry but not great with directions). they are on the main dolmus road and you have lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep, wonderboys, richards place, champagne bar, vinces downstairs of course!

You are 5 mins walk from centre or to the canal area (that's not including getting stopped at all the bars etc). The rooms are adequate you have the bedrooms which are at the front of the building onto the main road, bathroom again good size with shower, and living/kitchen area. The kitchen has all that you would need including kettle, toaster, 2 hotplates, etc. Air conditioning is in the bedroom.

The pool is an ok size not huge and at least half or more of it gets the sun for most of the day (if I remember right). However with ten of you, you will probably take up most of the pool area. But you are only 5/10 minute walk to the beach.

I stayed here last May and was unsure to where it was but it was a great location, the staff are very friendly and if you have any problems they are quick at resolving these. It was me and my mum and we both had a great time there. So much so got my brother and his girlfriend to stay there in September last year (we had already booked elsewhere) and they also had a great time and liked the apartments.

Hi there, the apartments are near the Baron Resturant and the dry canal I also think there is a police or ambulance station near there as well, sorry but dont know what the apartments are like inside and the pool is a decent size not big or small.Hope this is some help.

We stayed at these apartments last october and found them to be one of the best places that we have stayed in Icmeler. Apartments are kept spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The staff are all very nice without being too overpowering. I think that the police station is behind the apartments and they are very central for all your needs!!!!!!!!

I can tell you that the pool is always freezing haha

I spent a few days round there pool area last year, the pool was cold but in 40 degree heat very refreshing, I can say that the staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly, we also went for a meal there and met some friends there on a night and it was lovely.

I do agree staff are really friendly and the food there is very nice and vince does a different deal every night which is quite reasonable. There are a lot of bars/restaurants near by and only 400 metres from the beach.

Oh I know a few folk at home who would disagree with me being any good with directions

At least you know where they are now and I have to agree with the others they are great apartments which is why we are going back in May

Hi, we stayed at these apartments a few years ago and found the location was great .Loads of bars right on your doorstep, a few minutes walk to the beach.staff were really helpful especially vince the owner who would go out of his way to help you.
Pool area was lovely a nice place to relax,we ate a few times in vinces and found the food and service were excellent.
