Hi K,
its only because I am a pensioner and have to make my meagre pension go a long way, that I have to look at prices.

Will say though if you like the entertainment at the Kapisi and you come away after a nights entertainment and have enjoyed it, money doesnt to me come into the argument.

Used to go some nights to Tekins home to watch the football, Andre my grandson used to play with Lara and Vesta.
As mentioned before the owners are a smashing family, still not sold his boat,

We've been going there for 6 years, 3 times a year most times and have never spoken to him, know his children though. It was definately better when Marcos, Leon and Ronaldo were there? how did you find it this year Gene?

Its back to what it used to be, a good Karaoke night, first class singers, they have a compere on stage like in the old days, the waiters doing there thing.
I think it is back to its best, just lacking a couple of leons, atis, ronaldos and marcos type characters these guys just seemed to grab you.
David has left he is in Dreamboys but Ray is still there along with half a dozen from last year.

We went in Denis Kapisi every night during our week in June its true it is much more like it used to be a couple of years ago some of the singers were excellent. The drinks are more expensive especially on the beach I was charged equivilant of £2 for diet cokes but it is a nice friendly beach and I feel safe there cos I know people ( my hubby hates the beach and I love it). I met lots of people from previous years on the beach then saw them again in the evenings in here going back in September and will still be going in this bar. The owner and his little girls are always so friendly and remember people from previous holidays.
