Customer Service Trainning

Postby Slats » 30 Aug 2007 18:45

After a fab 2 week holiday in Icmeler, I was wondering, the company that run the security X-Ray machine at Dalaman Aiport, must operate, the Tansas supermarket. The reason for this, they appear to work alike, In a very high proffesional manner, always there with a big smile to greet you at the counter, help with your packing if needed, so to reduce the over crowding at the till, leaving with a fond farewell to you, just like the staff at Dalaman security. Customer service trainning with this company ,tops all I have ever seen. Tansas and Dalaman deserves a big pat on the back, there staff are top of the pops. You can see the trainning, has been a great big success. Keep the excellent work up.

Thank you

Is it me?? I dont think the staff at the Tansas are at all helpful. They NEVER help pack my bags, chat constantly to each other, and dont give you time to pack your groceries away before starting to put the next persons through. I have never had a smile either!

Maybe they dont like the look of me

I dont think the staff in tansas liked me either, never a smile, please or thank you from any one of them, also my case had to be searched at security control at dalaman with the same kind of coldness,so they could be the same company.Reason for the search i had a battery carbon monoxide alarm in it and it showed up on x-ray,goes to show though theyre hot on items like that

Well Kitty and tania,

I always give a smile :D and I get a lovely smile back :D It may be a man thing, over in Icmeler, as man is seen to be the born leader. So those lovely ladies in Tansas may treat us men in a totally different light.
