HOLIDAY COSTS

Been looking on the internet for the past few weeks for a week to Turkey early October and cant believe the prices. I paid just over £400 for 2 weeks at the end of May. For I week in October the cheapest I can find is around £550.
I suppose it must be a lot to do with the poor weather we have been having here and the tour operators putting up their prices.Ah well may have to wait until next May before I go back.

Hi Colette

Have not called them as yet but it is the price of the flights that is pushing the costs way up. Onur air are uually the cheapest and the cost from Glasgow is really expensive, around £250 each. The cheapest I have been quoted so far is with a budget company who specialise in holidays to Turkey.

Having said that I have managed to get some fabulous prices for next year in June through Aegean flights. The more in advance you book the cheaper the flights.
