Anyone been to Bamboo this year?

We heard it was going to be under new management, so wondered if it had changed at all (e.g. is Murfit still singing each night?).

Any news on Venice and/or the Marti would also be handy...

when we were there in may murfit was still there.he was playing for the dutch formation dance troop.and a singer who sounded remarkably like spike milligan in the goons.the boys from the bamboo do a cracking turkish dance spot and it is still a favourite for people watching.ps it also has the laziest dog in turkey the pooch just passes out anywhere it can get a space.

That's great news! Last year my daughter started singing a couple of songs with him, so she'll be pleased. We've been going to Icmeler since 1999, and it wouldn't be the same if Bamboo changed too much.

By the looks of some of the photos Venice is still as good as ever, but does anyone know if the Marti has had its long-promised refurb?

Finally, I've seen some posts about an Irish Bar. We've never noticed it, so I was wondering if it's new or just somewhere we've never passed?

Hi Paul the Irish bar is what used to be the Pulse bar across from the Private Hotel and walking to the canal. Erfan(leon) is the bar manager and went in a couple of times in June and it was always busy and with some decent entertainment. hope this helps.
