How do you afford 2 or 3 times a year

I find it very hard to find money for the holidays we take abroad.
Both Ann and myselfe are pensioners and it is hard enough to eak out a living on the meagre amount we both get.
But by going on a diet of Oxo Pobs and beans on toast(always buy the bread that is out of date and is marked down as unfit for human consumption ,but ok for pensioners)

By looking after our pennies and going round with the hat to our children we about manage to get away for a short break.

I do think there are a lot of lucky people out there who can afford several holiday.
Because I fought for your standard of living during the War I do not hold it against you.

I'm ashamed to say even for the love of my beloved Icmeler I just cant give up the cigs.
So I will have to keep to my one trip a year for now.
