I forgot to add I fly Onur all the time and never had a problem and find all the staff very polite and helpful but the other morning I flew with another airline as I need to get back quickly and there were no Onur flights till this weekend.

never again after delays and the most uncomfortable seating I have ever experienced and I was in an exit seat

I would just like to thank everyone who gave me a reply regarding the airline i am using next year.
