Just put my 2 dogs in kennels this morning I think they prefer them to home. Everytime we take them they know where they are going and run straight to their kennel.

I have a 20 year old cat and when we go away she is looked after at home by my sister inlaw. Being the wise old cat she is, she refuses to eat for the first couple of days so my sister inlaw panics and starts feeding her chicken breast from Marks & Spencer no less !!!!!
So by the time we get back home not only does the cat not talk to us it takes me weeks to get her back on to her normal catfood. I get the feeling the cat is on to a good thing! (lol  )

But I do miss her loads and have been known to phone the answer phone at home at night when I'm drunk just so she can hear my voice so she doesn't get lonely.

The things we do for our pets.
