Airport Delays

I am about to book my transfer back to Dalaman Airport. I have heard there are delays are the check point on the airport road and also in the airport. I am travelling from Icmeler on a Saturday evening and normally allow about 1 hour 20 minutes for my journey. Can anyone advise how long extra I should add on to my journey time? Dalaman is not an airport I like to hang around in!! Thanks

we came back on the 14th the delay going into the airport was normal although the transfer driver was saying at peek times there can be up to 1-2 hrs getting in to the airport as every vechicle is now being fully checked.

Transfere buses where normaly just waved through but now securirty are boarding and checking each bus.

Depending on what time your flight is I would suggest adding an addition 30 mins to an 1hr

If yor transfere is with one of the companies they should be able to advise what time they will pick you up give them a call the day before and confirm your pick up time.
