hi all is there a limit to the amount of English monies I can bring over as I want to treat my self to a couple of rings as well other shopping. thanks for your help roll on Saturday.

Hi Bill.
Apparently there is no limit to the amount of money you can take to Turkey although there is on the amount of lira you can take out, BUT, according to Direct Gov if the amount exceeds 10,000euros or the equivalent in any other currency, you need to declare it before departure using a downloadable form (C9011) or at the UK airport. Failure to declare carries a max £5000 penalty.
