sun blue apartments

Hi all.has any 1 stayed at sun blue apartments are they fairly central to resort. Thanks in advance bill.

Not stayed there, but had a look around and they do look lovely. They are just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach (pretty much behind the Marti Hotel) and almost next door to the Winehouse restaurant. You can also get to them by walking along the little side street beside Venice restaurant on the canal. We were going to stay there last year, but they were fully booked for the dates we wanted. The restaurant is also getting very good reviews this year.

Also the Sun Blue restaurant is number 1 on TripAdvisor at the moment.

I would not take any notice of stuff like that on Trip adviser as it is easily manipulated

I know of one place in Icmeler 2 or 3 years ago that was number 2 in the list of restaurants and the construction of it hadn't been finished never mind opened

No, I have to agree with you there, JT - although you do get very good at spotting the dodgy reviews after a while! I haven't tried the restaurant myself but do know quite a few who have and really enjoyed it.

Yes, we always stay there if we can get in. They are right behind Marti. If you walk up the road directly by the side of Venice, you will see a small supermarket. Sun Blue is just round the corner. Very clean, small family run. It is lovely, I can highly recommend it. Zenith, the owner, is great. They get booked up very quickly. We are in resort now, Sun Blue full. We have had to stay at Avlu1 this time

We stayed there in July/Aug this year - good place to stay and the food in the restaurant is very good too. We left a review on t/a - i'd say the comments on there are pretty accurate but I do agree that they can be manipulated.

We had a look around here, they do like very nice as people say. We also ate her and the food was very nice and very reasonably priced. Would stay here if we couldn't get in a usual favourite place.
